Cooper’s Pub takes over the alley

City council approves rezoning for 172-unit housing complex

On March 14, the Kokomo Board of Works and Public Safety entered into a use and indemnification agreement with 4 Guys and 1 Girl, LLC – the owners and operators of Cooper’s Pub in downtown Kokomo. The agreement allows the company to use the alley next to its location at 115 E. Sycamore St. for outdoor dining and a refuse dumpster enclosure.

The agreement only covers the portion of the alley running south from Sycamore Street to the east-west alley bisecting the 100 block of East Sycamore Street. Under the terms of the agreement, the company will hold the city harmless for any liability due to incidents taking place in the alley.
