Circuit Court’s Family Recovery program helping families afflicted by substance abuse
The Howard County Council typically hears requests from officer holders for additional money or transfers from one account to another. Last week, however, they heard from Circuit Court Judge Lynn Murray, who sought to use grant money for her newest problem-solving court.

Murray requested permission to spend grant dollars received from the Indiana State Court Administration. The $21,660 will be used for the Family Recovery Court program. It is the sixth problem solving court offered in Howard County, and one of two problem-solving courts operating out of Howard Circuit Court.
