Narrow Gate Horse Ranch uses Equine Assisted Learning to teach kids ages 4-19 life skills, such as responsibility, leadership, communication, cooperation, and coping skills. Narrow Gate provides a counter-cultural experience in a rural setting for children to learn life and relational skills with the Holy Spirit and horses.
The working ranch provides opportunities for children to interact with horses and people in a very relaxed, but purposeful way. As children work alongside mentors, they experience horse handling and care, horse communication, social interaction, and connection with God and others.
Narrow Gate’s desire is to develop unlikely relationships that translate into discipleship where seeds of hope are planted to break generations of bondage which perpetuate a culture of poverty.
