The boys of Eastern Schools’ 6th grade basketball squad traveled to Kokomo on Nov. 29 for a slate of games but went home disappointed as the Wildkats prevailed convincingly in both contests.

Despite the one-sided scoring, the Eastern boys grew in confidence and aggressiveness throughout the games. Kokomo's varsity basketball future remains bright if the performance of the 6th grade team is any indication. There is a lot of solid talent on the roster.
