This year’s version of Kokomo’s Christmas Parade was bigger and better than ever, with more than 100 “floats” participating in the event. From churches and businesses to politicians and students, the City of Firsts was on full display.
The parade’s grand marshal this year was Preston Brust of the Locash Cowboys, and of course Mayor Tyler Moore showed up in his garish Christmas suit to enjoy the festivities.
Despite the cold temperatures, thousands showed up to watch the parade, visit vendors around the courthouse square, and take part in activities before and after the parade itself.
And for those who couldn’t make it downtown, the parade was livestreamed online courtesy of FastPlay Sports.
