The Kokomo Board of Works and Public Safety affirmed findings of facts for three properties on March 2, clearing the way for demolition of the structures. The board found that the properties at 520 W. Jefferson St., 511 S. Washington St., and 729 S. Union St. are not in compliance with the law due to their dilapidated condition.

The orders to demolish were confirmed on all three properties. However, anyone with a substantial financial interest in the properties may appeal the decision.
