Lex B. Perrin
Lex B. Perrin, age 93, of Tipton passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 12, 2023, surrounded by his family. He was born on May 7, 1930 to his parents, Luther & Florida (Harp) Perrin in Celina, Tennessee. Lex married Linda (Marcus) Perrin on January 18, 1980, and the two shared 44 years together.
Lex attended school in Tennessee. After making his way to Indiana, Lex began working for Chrysler Corp. in Kokomo, retiring after 30 years. Lex enjoyed watching westerns on TV, collecting coins, and having coffee with his buddies at Burger King. Lex was one of a kind! He was almost always joking around and often accused of being ornery. Most of all Lex enjoyed spending time with his dear family, and he will be greatly missed by all who loved him.
Those left to carry on Lex’s legacy of love are his wife, Linda Perrin; children, Ronnie Perrin, Rodney Perrin, Cindy (Mike) Mendenhall, Tammy (Mike) Phifer, Pam Perrin; 20 grandchildren; 28 greatgrandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren; siblings, Lecil (Mary) Perrin, Libby Arnett; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Lex was welcomed into Heaven by his parents, Luther & Florence Perrin; 9 siblings; and step-daughter, Julie Stucker.
A funeral service celebrating Lex’s life will be held on Tuesday, December 19, 2023, at 1:00 PM at Taylor & Cowan Funeral Home, located at 314 N. Main St. In Tipton. Visitation for family & friends will be held prior to the service from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the funeral home. Committal will take place immediately following the service at Tipton’s Fairview Cemetery.

Kasandra Kaye Gettle
Kasandra Kaye Gettle, 56, of Kokomo, IN passed away December 8, 2023. She was born on October 14, 1967, in Monticello, IN the daughter of Michael Tevis and Martha Francis. She worked at Indiana Packers for many years before working at Atkore. She loved listening to music, shopping at the Dollar Store and taking care of her dog, Oso. She also enjoyed art, doing her make up, tanning, and vacuuming.
Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Joshua (Robyn Foltz) Tribbett, Jason Tribbett, Calvin (Amber Moss) Salmons; grandchildren, Jada Lasha, Daisha Tribbett, Jordyn Tribbett, Jeremiah Tribbett, Joannalynn Tribbett, Presley Salmons, Landon Moss; mother, Martha (Richard) Francis; step-brothers, Eric Francis, Jesse (Amanda) Francis; father, Michael (Kari) Tevis; companion of 16 years, Victor Broomfield and his children, Elijah, Jasmine and Melissa Broomfield; cousin, Kim Dalton; many aunts and uncles.
Sandi was preceded in death by her grandparents, Robert and Gertie Imus, Mildred and Howard Tevis.
