Kimberly Diana Fort
Kimberly Diana Fort, 65, of Kokomo, went home to be with the Lord on March 5, 2023 at 7:51 P.M. at Ascension St Vincent Kokomo. She has four children, Amber (Shawn) Harris of Kokomo, Benjamin (Betty McClain) Snow of Kokomo, Allison Owens of Kokomo, and Andjowa Smith of Anderson. On Jan. 1, 1991, she married her loving husband, George Fort. She was proceeded into death by her husband, and her brother. Kim had 3 brothers and 4 sisters Byoon (Amy) of Kokomo, Greg and Lisa Snow of KY. She has 3 grandchildren Dezmond Archer, Tiaunna Archer and Mayley Sia Webb, and lots of nieces and nephews. Kim enjoyed spending time with her family especially her newest grand babies. She loved to travel, gamble and go thrift shopping. Kim was a member of the VFW 1166. In honor of Kimberly, we are asking that everyone wear some form of purple. Honorable mentions, Litricia (Ali) Brown, Kathy Townsend and Martene Glendenning.
She is preceded in death by her husband and her brother.
There will be a time of visitation for Kimberly on Monday, March 13, 2023 from 3:00 P.M. until the time of service at 6:00 P.M. at Ellers Mortuary Webster Chapel, 3400 South Webster Street, Kokomo. Bradley “Brad” Jonathon Andrew Graham
Bradley “Brad” Jonathon Andrew Graham, 46, passed away on March 8, 2023, at his home surrounded by his loved ones. He was born May 11, 1976 in Kokomo to Darwin Graham and Judith (Crow) Justice. On August 15, 1998, Brad married Amy Runyon in Noblesville, and she survives.
Brad worked at Chrysler Corp. Casting Plant in Kokomo for 24 years and was a member of the Greentown Masonic Lodge #341. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, cooking. Brad always enjoyed their trips to the beach. Brad was a diligent worker.
In addition to his wife Amy, Brad is survived by his children, Andrew Graham, Mason (Lexi) Graham, Caleb Graham, and Chloe Graham; father, Darwin (Patty) Graham; mother, Judith (James) Justice; grandchildren, Braylen, and Rowan who will arrive in May; siblings, Shannon (Schuyler) Townsend, Rachelle (Ken) Swan, and Brandon Graham; step-siblings, Stacy (Jason Glover) Justice, Jeremiah Justice, Brandon (Natalie) Robbins, and Autumn (Kevin) Powell; in-laws, Ken and Jennifer Mowery, and Brian Runyon; sister-in-law, Stephanie Mowery, aunts, Missy (Dustin) Dewitt, and Lori Graham; uncles, Paul (Sharon) Crow, and Ed (Jackie) Graham; along with several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
Brad was preceded in death by his grandparents, LaVern and Minardean Graham, Woodrow and Roslyn Francis, and David Crow.
A funeral service will be held at 11 am Tuesday, March 14, 2023, at Hasler-Stout Funeral Home, 112 E. Main St., Greentown, with Pastor James Murdoch officiating. Friends may visit with the family from 3 pm to 7 pm Monday, March 13, 2023, at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association in Brad’s memory. Ricky “Rick” Eugene Satterthwaite
Ricky “Rick” Eugene Satterthwaite, 77, of Kokomo, passed away at 9:31 pm Wednesday, March 8, 2023, at Ascension St. Vincent Kokomo. He was born on June 6, 1945, the son of the late Charles P. and Rosanna (Stoltz) Satterthwaite. On June 8, 1985, he married Rebecca Lou “Becky” Miller, and she preceded him in death on November 25, 2022.
Rick was a 1964 graduate of Swayzee High School. He retired from Chrysler after 35 years of service, and was a member of UAW Local #685. Rick proudly served our country during the Vietnam War in the United States Army. He was a devout member and Deacon at In His Image Church. Rick enjoyed tinkering and fixing anything with or without a motor. He adored time spent with his kids and grandkids. He was known to eat anything, especially sweets, but refused to eat any hominy.
He is survived by his children, Terry Hicks, Brian (Jennie) Hicks, R.J. (Jenna) Satterthwaite; grandchildren, Tony Galloway, Paige Hicks, Oakley (Ashley) Hicks, Trever Hicks, Cody Hicks, Carlie Campbell, Haley (Dayne) Tomlinson, Jaydn Satterthwaite, Addi Satterthwaite; 3 great-grandchildren; brothers, Mike (Twyla) Satterthwaite, Dennis (Mary) Satterthwaite, Charles (Cheryl) Satterthwaite, James (Kyle) Satterthwaite; sisters, Rose Marie (Dale) Myers, Christine Ebert.
In addition to his wife Becky; Rick was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Kevin Satterthwaite.
Funeral service will be held at Noon Tuesday, March 14, 2023, at Shirley & Stout Funeral Home & Crematory, 1315 West Lincoln Road, Kokomo, IN 46902, with Pastor Jake Perry officiating. Burial will follow in Albright Cemetery. Military honors will be provided by the United States Army and the Kokomo VFW Military Rites Team. Friends are invited to visit with the family from 10 am until the start of the service on Tuesday at the funeral home. Emmerson Rain Cashin was born silent into this world on Wednesday, March 1, 2023, to Lindsey Hatfield and Cory Cashin.
You were all I’ve ever wanted. All I could ever dream of. You were my perfect baby girl, whom I will long for throughout all my remaining days. I hope you know how much you are loved, how much you were wanted, how much you are missed.
