Commissioners declare Feb. 7 Marching Panthers Day
In football, Tom Brady is considered one of the greatest quarterbacks of all time in part because he won seven Super Bowls. But Brady doesn’t have anything on the Western Marching Panthers.
The Howard County Commissioners present a resolution to members of the Western Marching Panthers on Feb. 7.
The Howard County Commissioners summoned the band to appear at their meeting on Feb. 7 to declare it Marching Panthers Day, in recognition of the band’s 10th state marching championship in the past 13 years.
