MONDAY
Community Food Drive
The Center Township Trustee’s Office is holding its second annual Community Food Drive through March 31. The drive will benefit the office’s Hand Up Food Pantry. The office is accepting donations of dry cereal, pasta, pasta sauce, peanut butter, jelly, canned vegetables, beans, and fruit, crackers, juice, and granola/cereal bars. Donations may be dropped off at the township office, 213 E. Jefferson St., from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and from 8 a.m. until noon on Fridays. Hand Up Pantry
The Center Township Trustee’s Office has opened its Hand Up Food Pantry at the township office, 213 E. Jefferson St. The pantry is open every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9-11 a.m. and 1:30-3:30 p.m. The goal is to serve those experiencing food insecurity. Participants must make an appointment by calling 765-452-8259. A photo ID or proof of address is required.
Spring Break Camp
The Carver Community Center, 1030 N. Purdum St., will hold a Spring Break Camp for kids in grades K-8 in two sessions: March 24-28 and March 31-April 4. Camps will run Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. Camp activities will include arts and crafts, sports and fitness, life skills, a game room, and basketball training. New Baby Bunch
Do you have a new bundle of joy? Or do you feel like you’re in the trenches of parenting? Join the New Baby Bunch for friendship, support, and to share your parenting journey with other caregivers. The group meets each Monday from 9:30-11 a.m. at the Kokomo Howard County Public Library’s south branch, 1755 E. Center Road. The next meeting is Mon., March 24. Caregivers with a baby ages birth to 12 months are welcome to participate. Older siblings are welcome to join also.
Homeschool Book Club
Homeschoolers, join the Kokomo Howard County Public Library as it reads and discusses books from a variety of genres, from fiction to graphic novels. The club will meet on Mon., March 24, from 10-11 a.m. at the library’s main branch, 220 N. Union St. Call 765-626-0827 for the current booklist. This club is designed for students in 1st through 6th grade.
Sew Much
Teens and adults can drop in to learn sewing or quilting basics or get help with their projects at the Kokomo Howard County Public Library’s Sew Much event on Mon., March 24, from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. Sewing machines provided. This event takes place at the library’s south branch, 1755 E. Center Road.
Recovery Café
Turning Point – A System of Care offers the Recovery Café, a time to connect with love, show respect, cultivate compassion, practice forgiveness, encourage growth, and to give something back. Spring Fling
Spend your Spring Break playing, making, and building at the Kokomo Howard County Public Library, 315 Mesa Dr., Russiaville, on Mon, March 24, from 2-3 p.m. The library will provide Big Games to play for children of all ages.

Active Readers Club
Join the Kokomo Howard County Public Library on Tue., March 25, from 8:30-9:30 a.m., to stay active and share your favorite reads while walking around Russiaville. Inclement weather times will include an indoor workout at the library, 315 Mesa Dr.
Mental Health Access Days
Are you an adult struggling with anxiety, depression, or other mental health challenge? Meet with a professional from 4C Health who can connect you to the support and services you need. Mental Health Access Days are held each Tuesday from 9 a.m. until noon at the Kokomo Howard County Public Library’s main branch, 220 N. Union St.
Story Time – Peek-A-Boo Playdate
Join the Kokomo Howard County Public Library for baby story time, a delightful program filled with playful rhymes, fun stories, beginner sign language, and songs for babies and toddlers. This Peek-A-Boo Playdate takes place Tue., March 25, from 10-10:30 a.m. at the library’s main branch, 220 N. Union St., and is designed for children ages 0-2.
Drums Alive! Golden Beats
Seniors can use rhythmic drumming and upbeat music to improve health, coordination, and strength at the Kokomo Howard County Public Library’s Drums Alive! – Golden Beats session on Tue., March 25, from 10-10:45 a.m. The event will take place at the library’s south branch, 1755 E. Tzion Community Food Pantry

Kindermusik Music and Movement

Café Wednesdays
Welcome Table, a new Christian community will hold Café Wednesdays from 2-4 p.m. at the Starbucks next to the Markland Mall. Artwork Photography Workshop
The IU Kokomo Art Gallery, 2300 S. Washington St, will host a three-hour Artwork Photography Workshop on April 4 from 2:30-5:30 p.m. The workshop will feature methods on setting up artwork and cameras, lighting tactics, and how to work with editing software to transform photography into professional imagery. Glo Swim and a Movie
Back by popular demand, the Kokomo Family YMCA, 114 N. Union St., will hold a Glo Swim and Movie Night on Fri., March 28, beginning at 6:30 p.m. The pool will be transformed into a glowing movie theater, featuring glow lights, glow balls, glow sticks, a HUGE inflatable screen, and more! Tiny II Exhibition
The Kokomo Art Association will hold the Tiny II Exhibition from April 1-26. This exhibition will feature 2D artwork measuring no more than 8 square inches and 3D art measuring no more than 8 cubic inches. Dropoff for the art will take place Sat., March 29, from 1-3:30 p.m. The exhibition takes place at the Kokomo Art Center, 525 W. Ricketts St.
Good Vibes Only Rejuvenating Read-a-Thon
Hang out and read books at the Kokomo Howard County Public Library, 1755 E. Center Road! Come ready to be cozy and take some time to unwind with them on Sat., March 29, from 2-3 p.m. Bring the book you're currently reading or pick one up when you get there.
Art by Ainsley’s Angels
The Kokomo Art Association is proud to present Art by Ainsley’s Angels, an exhibition that will run through March 29 at the Artworks Gallery, 210 N. Main St. All art on exhibit has been created by members of Ainsley’s Angels of America. A special auction of these artists’ works will take place on Sat., March 29, from 3-5 p.m. Proceeds from this event will benefit Ainsley’s Angels in North Central Indiana and the Kokomo Art Association. Light refreshments will be served. Regular gallery hours are Monday through Saturday from 12-4 p.m.
Rock Night at Rhine Hall
Join the Rhine Hall Entertainment and Event Venue on Sat., March 29, as it presents Rock Night, featuring Josh Mast and Perfect Strangers.
